Luis Navarro: there is increasing polarization between the two major election stakeholders

In connection with the pre-election environment, the U.S. Democratic Institute publishes a long-term election observation mission’s interim report.  

The report covers the period from 3 to 27 August and is based on results of the pre-election investigation. 

According to the statement of the head of National Democratic Institution in Georgia, Luis Navarro, the report notes that there is increasing polarization between the two major election stakeholders. 

The report consists of 6 chapters and it provides the analysis of activities of interdepartmental commission, campaign finances, election commissions and civil society.
