The president is to choose Prime-Minister candidate within 7 days

According to the Georgian Constitution, within 7 days after the resignation of the Government, President should choose Prime-Minister candidate after having consultations with parliamentary fractions. 
And the Prime-Minister candidate should name candidates for government members, in agreement with the president, within 10 days. Within 3 days after the end of this procedure, the president should present the government for confidence to the parliament.  
According to the procedures, the parliament expresses confidence within 1 week, however, the parliament has the right to declare no confidence towards the government and raise the issue of avoidance of the individual members in the same period.
