Russia-Georgian relations will be discussed at the NATO-Russian Council meeting

At the NATO-Russian Council meeting the participants will talk about Russia-Georgian relations. The meeting will also be attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.  

The participants of the meeting will discuss those issues on which NATO and Russia have different positions, including issues connected to placement of anti-missile system.

Also, today, in Brussels, meeting of the ISAF member countries’ Foreign ministers will be held. Grigol Vashadze will attend the meeting.   

In the frameworks of the ministerial held in Brussels, Vashadze has already met with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

We will recall you, that on 18-19 April, 2012, NATO foreign and defense ministerial meeting is held in NATO headquarters in Brussels. The main aim of the meeting is preparation for the NATO summit scheduled on May 20-21 in Chicago.
