Entirely new regulations to be initiated in the Parliament

This week, entirely new regulations, which consist of 323 articles, will be initiated in the Parliament. 

Today, the Parliament Bureau session will be held and it is expected that the project of the new regulations will be initiated there. 

As the chairman of the Procedural Issues Committee, Khatuna Gogorishvili said to “Internet.ge”, adoption of the future parliament’s new document will be carried out until the end of the spring session. 

According to him, the new regulations’ document consists of  two parts – the main part includes amendments that will be effected in the constitution in 2013; while in the second part, in transitional provisions, there are described the temporary standards, which will operate until the 2013 constitutional amendments. 

As for other changes, according to the Gogorishvili information, the new parliament will conduct its work electronically. 

Deputy explained that the bill will be uploaded on the web-page of the parliament right after initiation.
