Socialist
Francois Aland receives 28-29% of votes and is ahead of French President
Nicolas Sarkozy, who has received 25-26 % of votes in the elections held
yesterday.
These
are data spread by public opinion survey institutions.
Oland’s staff is satisfied with the initial data,
while Sarkozy’s headquarters do not make any comment yet. According to French
press, Nicolas Sarkozy is the first president, who has not won the first round
of a second ballot.
The
surprise of the election marathon has become National Front, Marin le Pen’s
third place. He has obtained 18,2% of votes, when maximum 16 % was predicted for
him.
Due to
the fact, that none of the candidates managed to get more than 50 percent of
votes, the second round is scheduled on May 6 and the identity of France next
president will be finally revealed there.
