Attorneys will appeal to the Appellate Court
regarding a fine imposed on “Georgia dream” by the City Court today.
As the lawyer Sandro Baramidze said to
“internet.ge”, the time for appealing against the sentence expires today.
“We will appeal against the City Court
decision tomorrow, however we expect nothing new from the Appellate Court”, -
the lawyer said yesterday.
The
City Court has made decision to impose a fine on the subjects of “Georgian
dream” on the basis of the protocol drawn up by the Control Chamber of Georgia
two days ago.
According
to the decision made by the judge Ilona Todua, the mentioned parties have to
pay 2 383 097 GEL.
