According
to the statement of the Finance Minister of Georgia, Dimitri Gvindadze, funding
of the Health Ministry will increase by GEL 6 000 000.
The
mentioned amendment was presented by Gvindadze to the Ministers’ Cabinet on
Government meeting today.
Minister
explained that the mentioned funding will be used to create a database of job
seekers.
It was
also reported today that GEL 50 million was allocated for the disaster
consequences liquidation works and this amount will be spent on urgent
events.
Also, 110
million will be paid for a program of Kakheti development, where 20 million
will be spent on managing the consequences of the disaster.
The
reserve fund is set at 17 million and in case a disaster will be repeated in
any of the regions, the funds will be allocated from there.
