As Nino Kalandadze said toady on the traditional briefing, any process held on the occupied territories is illegitimate.

“Tskhinvali still remains occupied territory of Georgia. Accordingly, the only legal status that can be spread on any ongoing process is interpreted with only one term, this is occupation. Any attempt of holding any act there cannot be illegitimate until these territories are occupied and the residents have no right to return to their homes” – Kalandadze said.

We will recall you that Leonid Tibilov was chose as de-facto president of, so-called, South Ossetia.

The former head of the de-facto State Security Committee has received 54,12% of votes in the second round of, so-called, elections.
