High school leaving exams will be held in Chemistry today

The high school leaving exams continue. Today, pupils will have exam of Chemistry today.

According to the information of the ministry the 12th graders will take exams in Biology on May 29, and Math on May 30.

42 000 schoolchildren already took exams in Georgian language and literature, foreign languages, geography, history and physics.

According to the information of the Ministry, the results of the 5 exams are as follows: In physics only 5% of the schoolchildren were not able to cross the minimal competency level;

90% of non Georgian students received high scores in Georgian language; only 2% of the schoolchildren failed in English exam.

Compared to previous year, the average score of the exams is higher - 8 point, which is a very high rate.
