For visiting the renewed Prometheus cave tourists arrived in Georgia from 32 countries worldwide. Statement about it was made by Minister of environment Protection of Georgia, Goga Khachidze.

According to the data presented by them, during the last 10 days 500 foreign tourists visited the Prometheus cave. Most of the visitors were from Israel (72), Turkey (71), Poland (51) and Russia (34). 

Last year, we had 150 000 visitors. This year, we are expecting a minimum of 200 000 tourists, because the renewed Prometheus cave is done in a very good way”, - Khachidze said.
