According to Manjgaladze’s assessments, the 8+1 model of exams is attractive by the fact that students do not have to go twice on an exam of a same subject.

“With the knowledge received in Georgia, students should be given the opportunity to be competitive in the world markets; therefore, internationalization of examination system is very important. Georgia recognizes the other international exams, therefore, we should be more involved in this system”, - Manjgaladze said.

The spokesperson also drew attention to the new discount cards for students.

“As a result of joint work of Ministries of Education and Justice, discount cards will be distributed for the students and it will greatly facilitate their costs,” – Manjgaladze said.
