According to the assessment of Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava, a sense of security is established in every district of Tbilisi.

Ugulava made statement about it while being in the Emergency Management Center today.

According to the Mayor, nothing can be developed there, where people do not feel safe.

“There is no periphery, nor center, because all the peripheries are centers and all the centers – periphery. This is due to the fact that everyone has a feeling of safety. There, where now feeling of safety exists business cannot develop and nothing can is done”, - the Mayor said.
