Inner roads infrastructure development in Tbilisi is underway. The rehabilitation process was observed by Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava in Didi Digomi today.  
Ugulava met with the local population and talked about health-care system and the state insurance policy. Ugulava said, every person should have a basic insurance package. 
“Process of insuring pensioners is to be started from September. We are trying to have a complete mobilization, as we know that from September number of hospital and policlinic addressers will increase 10 times. Many countries could not risk such insurance, however we did it, as the health-care is the most important for us”, - Ugulava said.    
According to him, the minimal insurance package should be providing maximally.
