Physical persons will be released from obligation of using cash registers

The “Tax Code” is going to be amended. According this amendments, physical persons will be released from obligation of using cash registers for another year.   

The mentioned project was initiated today on the Bureau session. The bill was proposed by the government and the legislative body will approve it with one hearing.

According to the project presented by the government, physical persons who do not use hired labor and conduct their activities on the non-stationary trade spaces, including counters, placed on the market territory, are free of using cash registers till July 1, 2013.

According the norm in force today, this advantage was going to be in force till July 1, 2012.

It should be noted that the mentioned relief of cash-control apparatus will not cover those persons registered as the tax-payers or those who are required to pass registration according the “Tax Code”.
